I'm going away to Vienna tomorrow. I'm excited, but also terrified as I'm definitely not a great flyer. I'm so happy though because I'll get to see paintings by one of favourite painters, Klimt. I used his painting The Kiss, in the last background of my student film Geirald.

Awesome painting, the colours and lighting are fantastic! Is that pastel sletch, or some kind of fancy photoshop brush?
Thanks! It's pastel, and I have to definitely keep working at it. With time I hope to achieve more detail, and also a more sopisticated pallette with my plein air paintings.
So how was it to see the real Klimt painting in Vienna?
