Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Things have been good: I completed my first contract as a background painter, Mieka turned 15 on December 12th and is still in good health, and I made a lot of new friends from my job. I was blessed to have two wonderful desk neighbours who constantly cheered me on, and made me feel better when I was having a tough day. I feel happy to have finished the year on a good note!
